(Principal) B.Arch, NZIA, ASAI
Ian is a renowned artist, sought-after for his classic architectural illustration style developed over his 20+ year career as a registered Architect, working alongside architectural greats like the late Ian Athfield.
Stantiall's hand-drawn components and unique line work capture the spirit of your project and set it apart from generic CAD renderings.
WHAT WE OFFER
Get a glimpse of what your completed project will look like with a full render. These illustrations show you how your building will relate to its environment with accuracy.
Hand drawn sketches are the perfect way to bring your ideas and ambitions to life. Ian's detailed and realistic sketches set any project apart, and add a quality and depth that can't be achieved through CAD alone.
When a photo isn't possible, photorealism is the next best thing. Our photorealistic images give you an accurate, life-like representation of any space.
Survey verified visual simulations:
The intention of a visual simulation is to communicate the 'visual effect' of what a proposed development will have on an environment / landscape.
They are not “real life views” but rather simulations of a two dimensional view of the proposed activity from specific given viewpoints / view shafts.
The degree of accuracy of +/- .05% of output size of image.
The survey data supplied to us and used for this sort of work is surveyed verified and is sufficient to provide accurate assessment of buildings and landscaping.
WHO WE'VE WORKED WITH
The imagery your team provided helped immeasurably in communicating John Darby’s vision to Te Uri o Hau, Auckland Council and other key stakeholders.
